Point
1.Making Okonomiyaki / お好み焼きづくり
We’ll split into teams and create our own original Okonomiyaki by choosing our favorite ingredients!
Once it’s freshly cooked, top it off with sauce, mayonnaise, and plenty of bonito flakes—then it’s time to enjoy together!
美味しいお好み焼きをみんなで作ります。
チームに分かれて好きな具材を入れた生地づくり。
焼いた後はお好みでソースよマヨネーズをかけてみんなで食べます。
かつお節も忘れずにね。
2.Enjoy delicious food with selected Japanese sake. 美味しい食事に日本酒「WAKAZE」
We will be serving “WAKAZE,” a Japanese Sake brewed at at distillery in France!
フランスに蒸留所を持つ日本酒”WAKAZE”をご用意しました！世界へ羽ばたく”Sake”に舌鼓を打ちながら、私たちのセレクトしたお猪口で乾杯しましょう！
